SG Services vs Annaliese Nielsen and Godsgirls etc

I thought that you might be curious as to what has been going on with the scheduled trial between God's Girls and SG Services (Suicide Girls). That trial had been scheduled to commence on April 21, 2008. A little over one week before the trial was supposed to start, SG requested that the Court continue the trial based on SG's claim that Sean Suhl had injured two of his fingers, and that his injury prevented him from participating in the trial. The Court decided to continue the case to October 2008.

In consideration of the girls who had agreed to take off work and travel to Los Angeles to testify at the trial in April, our lawyer asked the Court NOT to delay the trial. This is what Paul Loving stated to the Court in response: "You [the Court] said this case may be trailing; but if it does trail, that means witnesses will have to stay so their schedule will be disrupted already. In a decision -- we are not talking about nobel peace prize traveling women from around the world. We are talking about strippers and nude models. Not being prejudice. Just being honest.

God's Girls and its lawyers believe that Loving's comments about the girls were completely inappropriate. The Judge agreed that the comments were not appropriate.
